Eye-Infinite Player

Step 1 : Install Ubuntu 18.04 LTS

  1. Select "Minimal installation"
  2. Check "Install third-party software ..."
  3. Click on "Toronto" at the question "Where are you?"
  4. Your name: mediapc
  5. Select "Log in automatically"

Step 2 : Install the player

Copy paste the following line in a terminal to install latest version (5.0) for Ubuntu 18.

sudo apt-get install -y curl && sudo curl -L https://api.eyeinspire.ca/s/infinite | sudo bash -

Update the player

sudo curl -L https://api.eyeinspire.ca/s/infupdt | sudo bash -

If you need to install or update the media player manually, use the following procedure.

Manually Install v5.0

1. Unzip the downloaded archive

2. In a terminal, go inside the folder and type the following: 

sudo chmod +x setup.sh && ./setup.sh

For older version of player (v4.6) for Ubuntu 14 copy paste the same line in a terminal to install or update.
